I definitely have a hard time keeping up with cleaning! Messes just seem to pop up overnight when I am sleeping!

the hardest thing for me is keeping all my fitness related goals in order. i always say i’m going to meal prep for the week and get my shopping down for it, etc..and then the time comes and i haven’t shopped, so i can’t meal prep..and i go back to doing the same thing i was before..it’s a vicious cycle.
