Thank you to Stacy’s Pita Chips for sponsoring this post. All opinions are my own.

The holiday season is the most fun time of year for me. I just love the music and the spirit of giving that everyone exudes during the holiday. This week I decided to host a holiday cocktail party of my girlfriends. We are all moms that love a reason to get out the house and have fun together. We usually go out to dinner, but this week, I decided to cook and make some tasty holiday cocktails.

I put together a menu of holiday cocktails, delicious beers, appetizers, and desserts. My guests were extremely impressed by the spread that took almost no time to make. It looked like it took forever, but it didn’t. 😉 It will be even easier for you since I wrote out a menu with recipes and shopping list. My goal is to make everyday luxurious for you without spending a fortune or planning all week! Let focus on having fun and enjoying ourselves! Cheers!!!

The Pomegranate Tea Spritzer was the biggest drink hit of the night. It was incredibly easy to make with only three ingredients. I started by filling up the glass with pomegranate seeds that I scooped in with a spoon. I got them out of the pomegranate earlier in the day before I got dresses and put them in the fridge covered.

Next, I filled up the champagne glasses half way with the Unsweetened Pure Leaf Tea that I left on the serving sideboard until my guest arrived.

Open the Drinks

Once everyone was there, I popped open the champagne to signify that it was time for everyone to start having fun. Then, I filled the glasses as much as possible without going over. I left the tea and champagne on the serving table on ice so that the guests could refill.

We drank all the champagne and ended up mixing the tea and Stella Artois over the pomegranate seeds in the champagne glasses which were an equally delicious drink. I decided to give you an option in the pomegranate teas spritzer recipe: Stella Artois or champagne. They both taste fantastic with the tea and pomegranate!

The second best part of using Stella Artois (besides the wonderful taste) at the holiday cocktail party is that the bottles are so festive looking. They match my red and green Christmas decor and make my party set up even more festive!

The food choices were a big hit as well. I choose to make the spinach dip from scratch in the crockpot early in the day. It only takes 2 hours on high to make it, and then you can leave it, so it stays warm until you serve. I keep the dip covered in the kitchen during the party so that I could refill the bowl as it emptied. The dip and Stacy’s Pita Chips were such a big hit that I refilled them both twice!!

Party Decor

I found most of the items that I used for the decor at Target where I got most of the food. Here are some of the things I picked up and some that I had already. Most of the stuff I saw similar products at Target so you can get all of it in one shot if you don’t have any party set up.
