What is the perfect winter cocktail? It’s the salted caramel martini. One sip will have your taste buds dancing and you’ll definitely want more.

Best Winter Cocktail – Salted Caramel Martini

I don’t know if it is the enhanced flavor from the salt or the sweet, smoothness of the caramel, but salted caramel is one of my favorite combinations.

And I discovered a way to make a super creamy and delicious salted caramel martini dairy-free! There are only three ingredients. One taste and you’ll put this drink on your menu for parties, Christmas movie watching, or just because you feel like it.

Watch out – this one tastes so sweet that you don’t realize how strong it is. But that’s the good thing about this recipe. You can add more or less vodka to suit your personal tastes.

Dairy Free Martini

Yes, milk and cream do make some of the best ways to make a mixed drink. But if you want a dairy-free alternative, just use almond milk instead.

The almond milk in this recipe taste creamy and doesn’t add any nuttiness to the drink. I prefer the vanilla-flavored almond milk, but you can even use unsweetened.

Salted Caramel Martini Shopping List

There are only 3 ingredients in my martini drink. Just make sure you have these and you’ll be able to make your own drink too.

  • Almond milk
  • Torani salted caramel syrup
  • Vodka

Where to Buy Torani Salted Caramel Syrup

You can look for Torani syrups in the coffee section of your local grocery store. But not every store carries the salted caramel flavor. Most only carry vanilla syrup.

You can always find it at a great price on Amazon. I love shopping for hard-to-find items like this online. Saves me the hassle of hoping it’s in stock at the store.

Martini Pairings

Since this is a creamy and rich drink, you want to serve lighter foods with it. You can never go wrong with a charcuterie tray of meats, cheeses, and crackers.

You can also serve some light pastries on the side.

This is a really fancy drink too, so think of bite-sized treats and snacks that you can munch on in between sips.

Powdered Sugar Around the Rim

I love how these drinks look when I add some edible decorations around the rim. For this martini, I dipped the glasses in powdered sugar. The result is a really festive and wintery-looking drink.

Just be careful not to overdo it with the powdered sugar. You don’t want so much on the glass that it leaves a powdery residue on your mouth when you drink it.

Add Some Chocolate

Do you enjoy chocolate as much as I do? If you want, you can add some chocolate either to the rim of the glass or drizzle it on top of the drink.

The chocolate is rich and adds just the right amount of flavors with the vodka and syrup.
