Did you know that Steak Frites is just a fancy way of saying steak and french fries? It is the perfect combination to me. This Steak Frites recipe is as good as it gets. This is one of those recipes that has everything you could want from a tapa. I mean, I’m pretty sure there’s nothing else you could ask for!

Another incredible thing about this recipe is that you actually don’t need a lot of time to make it! It is super easy!  The only things that you have to buy from the store is a bag of skinny french fries and a flank steak.

I put the flank steak in the freezer for 15 before I sliced it. The cold streak is easiest to slice this way with a serrated knife. Flank Steaks are the perfect choice for wrapping things like french fries or veggies. Beef is versatile! It can be used as a flavor enhancer or as a protein boost to your snack or meal.

Did you know that a single serving of lean beef is 3 ounces (approximately the size of a smart phone). Three ounces only has an average of 150 calories and less than 10 grams of fat. The Steak Frites tapa is a great way to serve your guests and your family their protein for the day. One serving of beef meets 50% of your recommended daily value of protein. Not only does beef provide complete, high quality protein, but also contains high amounts of zinc, iron, and vitamins B6 and B12, along with other key vitamins and minerals your body needs.
