I have been trying really hard to work in the right amount of fruit daily. Usually smoothies come in glasses, but the fun part of putting it in a bowl is that you can add extra fruit garnishments that don’t blend well into actual smoothies. For example, blueberries are pretty awful through a straw. They have tons of little seeds that are just not fun to drink.

Stone Fruit Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is absolutely delicious. Plus it only takes about 10 minutes to make and it’s entirely customizable.

The idea is to make a slightly thicker smoothie (with avocado and nut butter) and then top it with some beautiful berries and star fruit.
