- 1 Cup Grapes sliced in half
- 2 Chicken Breasts grilled or baked diced into bits 1 tsp chives
- 16 oz Cottage Cheese
- ¾ Cup Golden Raisins
- 1 Cup Walnuts shelled and chopped
- 1 Cup Celery diced
- 2 cups Apples
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Wash and chop all the fruits & veggies.
Cut the fat off the chicken breasts.
Salt and pepper both sides of the chicken.
Bake chicken at 350 degrees F for 12 minutes.
Cut the grapes in half, diced the celery, cut the apple into ¼ inch bits, and shell and chop the walnuts.
Once the chicken is cooked fully, chop it up into ¼ inch pieces.
You don’t want huge pieces. Mix the chicken, cottage cheese, celery, grapes, walnuts, apple and raisins in a large bowl.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chives.
