Raspberry Chocolate Brownies

- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 jar raspberry preserves
- 1 tub whipped topping
- 1 tbsp Confectioners’ sugar for garnish
- 1 container raspberries
Prepare brownies according to the box direction. Let cool completely.
Fold in the raspberry preserves with the whipped topping on a 2:1 ratio. (Two tablespoons of whipped topping to one tablespoon of preserves). Set aside.
When the brownies have cooled, cut them into 3” squares.
Spread a tablespoon of raspberry preserves onto each brownie
Top each brownie with the whipped topping mix
Garnish with a fresh raspberry and sprinkled confectioners’ sugar.
