Start by foaming the almond milk with a frother in a separate cup.
Pour the coffee 3/4 of the way into the mug.
Add the 1/2 teaspoon of MCT Oil
Pour in the frothed almond milk

You can add more than 1/2 tsp of MCT to your coffee, but I would start there to see how your body reacts. Increase to 1 to 2 TBSP as you know your body's tolerance to MCT oil.
