Ingredients

  • 21 Johnsonville Homestyle Meatballs
  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 Cubes Beef Bullion
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Lingenberry Jelly serve with for dipping

Instructions

  • Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Stir in 2 bullion cubes and 2 tbsp flour. The goal is to keep this moving at all times so that it doesn't coagulate.
  • Slowly add the milk into the skillet, whisking the entire time.
  • Once the milk is all mixed in with the whisk, simmer on low for 6 to 7 minutes thickening the sauce.
  • Add in the Johnsonville Homestyle Meatballs cooking according to the bag instructions.
  • If the meatballs are frozen, bring sauce with meatballs to a boil and reduce to medium-low heat and cook for 20 to 25 minutes covered with a pan in the sauce. Stirring Often.
