Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pizza Dough
  • 1/4 Cup Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cheddar white, shredded
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonaise
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Green onion green part only
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp vinegar Distilled
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp Water
  • 1 tsp Garlic purée
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 Cup cream cheese
  • 1 tsp agave
  • 1 Cup Broccoli chopped
  • 1 Cup Carrots shredded
  • 1 Cup Tomatoes sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400*F
  • Chop up the broccoli, shred the carrots, and dice the tomatoes.
  • Mix together all these ingredients in a mixing bowl: 1/4 Cup sour cream, 1/4 white cheddar, shredded,
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise, one teaspoon lemon juice, one green onion dice up the green part only, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon distilled vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 1 teaspoon water, 1 teaspoon garlic purée, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 cup cream cheese and one teaspoon blue agave.
  • On a cookie sheet, roll out the pizza dough.
  • Spread the cheese mixture out onto the dough.
  • Add the veggies on top of the cheese mixture. Spread the veggies out evenly over the pizza.
  • Put the pizza in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • Let cool for the kids before serving.

Notes

Cut the piece into kid sized slices.
