Preheat oven to 325°F. Stick the pizza stone on the top rack to pre-heat.
Start by making the stuffing. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add in diced onions.
Cook and stir 5-10 minutes longer, until sausage is no longer pink and onions are translucent.
Cook 1 cup of the onion and sausage mixture for another 5 minutes and keep for on top of the pizza.
In a large bowl combine the stuffing cubes and sausage mixture. Stir in 1 cups broth, 2 eggs beaten, and 1/2 cup fresh parsley.
Toss to combine and spoon into a greased sprayed pan 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
While the stuffing is baking, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch round on a floured surface.
Take the warmed pizza stone out of the oven, dust with1/2 teaspoon cornmeal and put the dough on top. Put the dough in the oven for 5 minutes.
Now, lay a thin layer of stuffing over the pizza pie.
Put in the oven for 10 minutes.
Take out of the oven and add 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle sausage and onion you set aside earlier all over the pizza with 1/4 cup of parsley.
Bake for another 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
