Ingredients

  • 1 Pound chicken thighs
  • ¼ Cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsps garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 2 Tbsps butter melted
  • 2 Cloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 potato Large, in wedges
  • 2 Tbsps chopped parsley leaves
  • 2 Tsps thyme leaves
  • Lemon triangles to garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 370F.
  • In a cooking bag, season the chicken with the lemon juice, garlic, onion, butter, cloves, salt and pepper.
  • Place in the fridge for at least 1 ½ hours.
  • Transfer the chicken to a baking pan, incorporate the potato wedges, and cover with a foil.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, remove the foil, sprinkle the parsley leaves and thyme over the chicken, and cook for another 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish the chicken with the lemon triangles.
  • Serve and enjoy.
