Fall Confetti Treats

These yummy dessert bars are festive Fall Confetti Treats made with Rice Krispies dried apricots, maraschino cherries, & shredded coconuts.

  • 6 Cups Rice Cereal
  • 16 oz Marshmallows small
  • 1 Tsp Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Apricots dried, chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Pecans chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Maraschino Cherries baking type, not jarred, rinsed, dried and chopped
  • ¼ Cup Coconut Rainbow, Shredded


  • Spray *7x11 (for thick squares, or 9 x 13 for thinner squares) baking pan with baking spray
  • Melt butter in large pot
  • Add the entire bag of marshmallow and over low heat, slowly melt, continuously stirring. Halfway through melting, add milk.
  • When completely melted, work quickly to add cereal, dried fruit, pecans and coconut. Mix quickly until thoroughly incorporated.
  • Pour mixture into sprayed pan. Quickly wet your hands and push the mixture flat into the pan, smoothing into the corners.
  • Place in fridge to cool.
