Mini Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 tube Pizza Crust
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 4 oz Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 6 Pieces Bacon
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onions
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp Yellow Mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Slice the bacon into 1 inch pieces. In a sauté pan, saute the bacon for 4 minutes on Medium heat.
  • Add the ground beef to the pan and sauté for 4 minutes or until the meat is broken up and brown and the bacon is crisp. Add 4 oz of block cheese to the mixture and allow to melt and coat beef mixture. Take off the heat and set aside.
  • Open the biscuit tubes and flatten with your hands on to a cookie sheet lined with Reynolds Cookie Baking Sheets Non-Stick Parchment Paper (these are my faves because they are pre-cut).
  • Using a slatted spoon, scoop the beef and bacon mixture on to the mini dough pizza.
  • Slice the red onions and place on top of the beef and bacon mixture.
  • Drizzle ketchup and mustard on top.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the top being careful to keep it on the pizza. As you can see, it is not that easy.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Take out and serve with Ketchup and Mustard on the side.
