Mini Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza
Mini Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza that you can make quickly for your guests at a party or for a treat for your kids
Servings: 4 people
- 1 tube Pizza Crust
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 4 oz Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
- 6 Pieces Bacon
- 1/4 Cup Red Onions
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Slice the bacon into 1 inch pieces. In a sauté pan, saute the bacon for 4 minutes on Medium heat.
Add the ground beef to the pan and sauté for 4 minutes or until the meat is broken up and brown and the bacon is crisp. Add 4 oz of block cheese to the mixture and allow to melt and coat beef mixture. Take off the heat and set aside.
Open the biscuit tubes and flatten with your hands on to a cookie sheet lined with Reynolds Cookie Baking Sheets Non-Stick Parchment Paper (these are my faves because they are pre-cut).
Using a slatted spoon, scoop the beef and bacon mixture on to the mini dough pizza.
Slice the red onions and place on top of the beef and bacon mixture.
Drizzle ketchup and mustard on top.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the top being careful to keep it on the pizza. As you can see, it is not that easy.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Take out and serve with Ketchup and Mustard on the side.
