Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Cupcakes

Easy to make Strawberry Cheesecake Cupcakes made with Pillsbury Moist Supreme Strawberry Cake Mix and Pillsbury Pastry Bag Cream Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.
  • Use a double layer of cupcake liners in the cupcake tray.
  • Beat the strawberry cake mix with 3 eggs, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup of oil in a large bowl using a mixer of medium speed.
  • Fill the cupcakes liners/ muffin cups halfway up.
  • Put the cupcakes in the oven for 19 to 23 minutes.
  • Let the strawberry cupcakes to cook for 15 minutes before you remove them from the cupcake pan.
  • Cool the cupcakes completely before frosting them with the Pillsbury™ Filled Pastry Bags.
  • Push the frosting toward the star tip and twist top of the pastry bag.
  • Remove plastic cover from the star point tip by tearing where it is perforated.
  • Squeeze from the top of the pastry bag to frost.
