Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.
Use a double layer of cupcake liners in the cupcake tray.
Beat the strawberry cake mix with 3 eggs, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup of oil in a large bowl using a mixer of medium speed.
Fill the cupcakes liners/ muffin cups halfway up.
Put the cupcakes in the oven for 19 to 23 minutes.
Let the strawberry cupcakes to cook for 15 minutes before you remove them from the cupcake pan.
Cool the cupcakes completely before frosting them with the Pillsbury™ Filled Pastry Bags.
Push the frosting toward the star tip and twist top of the pastry bag.
Remove plastic cover from the star point tip by tearing where it is perforated.
Squeeze from the top of the pastry bag to frost.
