Start with 3 unripe peaches.
Slice the peach around once.
Take opposite sides of the peach and twist it off the pit. I usually can only get one side off of the peach properly. I use a spoon to get the pit out of the other side of the peach.
Heat the grill to low heat about 300 degrees.
Spray the peaches with avocado oil or olive oil.
Grill the peaches for about 15 minutes.
Once the peaches are done grilling, let them cool and slice them.
Divide the peaches to 2 serving bowls or plates.
Drizzle pesto over the grilled peaches.
Sprinkle walnuts over the salad too.
