Keto Nachos

Make these Keto nachos next time you are craving something cheesy and crispy. They are a perfect low-carb snack or lunch idea.

  • 30 Keto Chips
  • 1 cups Keto Queso
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning

Homemade Keto Taco Seasoning

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


  • In a large pan, cook the ground beef, breaking it up with a wooden spoon
  • After a bit of browning, add the taco seasoning and mix the beef in with it
  • Mix the paste and water together, in a 1 to 1 mixture.
  • Add the tomato paste and mix together with the beef. This will add some color to the meat
  • Once cooked through, serve the meat on top of a pile of Keto Nacho Chips
  • Drizzle Keto Queso onto the chips and beef, and enjoy!
