Keto Irish Coffee Recipe

This Keto Irish Coffee is a cocktail made of hot coffee, Irish whiskey, topped with whipped cream, and Sugar Free Irish Cream Syrup.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Sugar Free Irish Cream Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 2 cups Coffee
  • 2 tbsp Whiskey Irish
  • 2 tsp Fat Bomb

Instructions

  • In a chilled mixing bowl, add heavy cream and two tablespoons of Sugar Free Irish Cream Syrup.
  • Use the stand mixer with the whisk attachment or an electric hand mixer with a whisk attachment.
  • When you first start the mixing, the mixture will be liquid and you are just whipping in air into the cream hence being called whipped cream.
  • Once the mixture starts to get lines and sticks to the whisk, then you have your whipped cream.
  • The time varies based on speed and the device you are using. Don’t whip it too long as it will eventually turn into butter. Using the electric mixer with a room temperature bowl, it took about ten minutes. With a chilled bowl in a stand mixer on high, it could take only a minute.

  • Set the whipped cream aside in the fridge while you brew fresh hot coffee.
  • Add 1 tsp Irish Cream Sugar Free Syrup to each coffee cup.
  • Then, add 1 cup of coffee.
  • Next, add 1 tsp of Irish Whiskey.
  • Add a dollop of whipped cream to each cup.
  • Finally, use a fine cheese grater or microplane to top the coffee with shavings of a fat bomb. Here is the recipe for my favorite fat bomb.
