Mango Lime Wine Slush Cocktail

Fresh mango and limed juiced and blended with a white wine for slushy cocktail perfect for summer

Ingredients

  • 2 Mangos pitted and peeled
  • 1/2 Liter Lemon Lime Soda
  • 2 Limes juiced
  • 1 Bottle  Sauvignon Blanc
  • 3 Cups Ice
  • 2 Limes cut into rounds for garnish

Instructions

  • Put mango into a blender with the juice from 2 limes. Blend until it is a smooth.
  • If it is having trouble blending, add a small pour of the white wine. If you cannot blend the large chunks, you can strain the purée.
  • Add the remainder of the white wine and all the ice. You might need to split this depending on the size of your blender.
  • Blend until everything is combined.
  • Serve in a large pitcher wine lime rounds.
