Mango Lime Wine Slush Cocktail
Fresh mango and limed juiced and blended with a white wine for slushy cocktail perfect for summer

- 2 Mangos pitted and peeled
- 1/2 Liter Lemon Lime Soda
- 2 Limes juiced
- 1 Bottle  Sauvignon Blanc
- 3 Cups Ice
- 2 Limes cut into rounds for garnish
- Put mango into a blender with the juice from 2 limes. Blend until it is a smooth. 
- If it is having trouble blending, add a small pour of the white wine. If you cannot blend the large chunks, you can strain the purée. 
- Add the remainder of the white wine and all the ice. You might need to split this depending on the size of your blender. 
- Blend until everything is combined. 
- Serve in a large pitcher wine lime rounds.
