- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 russet potato large diced
- 1/2 cup celery chopped
- 1 cup corn
- 1/2 cup Velveeta cubed
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients except cheeses in a slow cooker, cook on medium for 4 hours.
Add in cheeses, cook another hour, stirring occasionally.
Serve with cheese topping, green onions, bacon, or black olives.
