- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp MCT Oil
- 2 tbsp Bell Pepper small, diced
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly cook the bacon in the microwave with a paper towel covering for 30 seconds.
In a mixing large bowl, whisk the egg, precooked bacon, bell peppers, MCT Oil, shredded cheese, heavy cream, and salt and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture into a well seasoned cast iron skillet.
Bake for 30 minutes in the oven.
