Keto Chips - Low-Carb Tortilla Chips Recipe

Equipment

  • Parchment Paper
  • Pizza cutter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 410 degrees
  • Melt the shredded mozzarella in the microwave for 45 seconds.
  • Stir the mozzarella and the almond flour together in a bowl until fully combined into a dough
  • Roll out the dough out into a thin sheet
  • Slice the dough into triangles and place onto a silicone or parchment lined baking sheet
  • Bake for upwards of 10 minutes or until they turn brown
  • Serve with low carb nacho cheese!
