Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Chicken
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Package Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Cup Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles

Instructions

  • Soak the chicken for 15 to 30 minutes to make it more moist. Keep it in the fridge while you do it so that the chicken stays cold.
  • Strain the chicken and add to a large bowl for mixing.
  • Dice the garlic in a food processor.
  • Add the diced garlic, ranch seasoning packet, and 1 cup of almond flour to the mixing bowl.
  • Mix together the ingredients by needing them together. Add water a little at a time if the meat seems dry. I added about 1 tbsp. The longer you soak the meat, the less likely you will need to add water here.
  • Roll the meatballs into smalls balls and place in the air fryer.
  • Set the air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
  • Once the meatballs are done, add Frank's Hot Sauce to a large bowl allowing it to cover the bottom of the bowl entirely.
  • Roll the meatballs into the hot sauce.
  • Add the meatballs back into the air fryer.
  • Set the air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
  • Mix together ranch dressing or blue cheese with blue cheese crumbles.
  • Serve the meatballs in a dish or basket and top with dressing and blue cheese crumbles mixture.
