Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Flour Tortilla corn to cut calories
  • 1 Tbsp. Pesto
  • 8 – 10 Cocktail Small Boccincini
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 3-4 ounces Cooked Ham sliced
  • ½ Sweet Pepper chopped
  • ½ C Parmesan shredded/grated
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl, combine olive oil and boccincini. Mix in the Italian seasoning. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, spread the pesto on the base of the tortilla. Sprinkle half of the shredded/grated parmesan on top of the pesto.
  • Lay down the slices of ham, green pepper and boccincini.
  • Sprinkle the remaining half of the parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for approximately 12 – 15 minutes, or until nicely browned.
