Blueberry and Strawberry Shortcake Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups flour
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 4 Tbsps butter
  • 1 Tsp baking soda
  • ¼ Cup  strawberry pudding
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup milk
  • honey Drizzle
  • Mixed berries

Instructions

  • Butter the baking dish.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, pour sugar, butter, egg, milk, and strawberry pudding.
  • Slowly add flour while stirring.
  • Use a tablespoon to pour mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  • Transfer to an oven preheated to 375°F and wait until it becomes slightly brown (about 30 minutes).
  • Cut cake into squares.
  • Decorate with berries.
  • Serve with a drizzle of honey and enjoy.
