Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip made with cream cheese and hot sauce. This is a crowd favorite at all events and parties.

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Chicken
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 16 oz Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Frank's Redhot
  • 1 tbsp Tarragon fresh, diced
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Spray the chicken breasts with spray olive and spice with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Bake the chicken at 450 degrees for 20 minutes flipping the chicken at the 10 minute mark.
  • In a large bowl, mix together 1 sour cream, cream cheese, tarragon, and paprika.
  • Chop up cooled chicken and mix into the large bowl with other ingredients.

Notes

The chicken packages are never exactly 1 or 2 pounds. Feel free to go a little up or down a little on the weight of the chicken.
