Cauliflower Rice Pudding
Extremely healthy Paleo Cauliflower rice pudding with riced cauliflower Paleo diet, vegetarian, low calorie and gluten free
Servings: 4 people
Start by adding 1/2 the cauliflower rice to large sauce pan so that it covers the bottom of the pan. Set the stove to medium heat.
Add the almond milk into the cauliflower rice. Mix the cauliflower and almond milk together so that it line the bottom of the pan.
Wait until the bubbles start and cover for 5 minutes.
Then, take the cover off and add the sweetener (honey or alternative), the remainder of the cauliflower, and cinnamon. Mix the everything together and let simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
Next, take the pan off the heat and mix in the egg white so that it coats the cauliflower.
Add the pan back on the heat and keep stirring until the mixture thickens. It should take about 2 minutes.
