  • Add 2 frozen bananas, 3 tablespoons coconut milk, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter and 1 tsp vanilla extract into a food processor.
  • If the mixture is not smooth, using a spatula, move around the larger pieces of banana.
  • Use the Silicone Spatula, spoon the mixture into a glass container with a cover like this one.
  • Fold 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips into the ice cream mixture.
  • Cover the container and place in the fridge for at least an hour.

Notes

If you leave the ice cream in the freezer for longer than an hour, you need to let the ice cream thaw for at least for 10 minutes before serving.
If you want to make this a vegan recipe, use dairy free chocolate chips.
