  • pounds skirt steak
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 bag french fries frozen


  • Follow the instructions to make the french fries in the oven or in the deep fryer.
  • Put the flank steak in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  • Thinly slice the cold steak on angle with a serrated knife.
  • Marinate the steak with sea salt, cracked pepper, and olive oil.
  • Rub the oil and spices into the steak.
  • On a high heat skillet, sear the steak for 1 minute on each side.
  • Take the steak off the heat and place on a plate lined with paper towels.
  • Roll the steak around french fries and skewer with a toothpick.
  • Serve as a tapa with salad and red wine.
