Cranberry Cinnamon Scones

Servings: 10 Scones
- 2 Cup Vanilla Ice cream melted
- 1 ½ Cup Flour all purpose
- 1 ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ½ Cup Cranberried dried & sweetened
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine first four ingredients into a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix all ingredients together until very well combined. Approximately 2 minutes. Dough will be very sticky.
Fold in Cranberries and mix thoroughly
Drop onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Makes approximately 8 scones.
Bake for 15 minutes. Broil for the last 2 minutes until golden brown.
