  • 1 Cup Olives
  • 12 oz Chicken Stock
  • 1 Pounds Chicken Breasts Chopped in Small Pieces
  • 2 Red Peppers Sliced
  • 1 Yellow Pepper Sliced
  • 2 Cups Tomatoes chopped in 1 inch pieces
  • 4 Cans Black Beans
  • Garnish with diced fresh tomatoes diced sweet onions raw or scallions.


  • Place all the ingredients in a large pot on high until boiling.
  • Lower the heat after it boils for 5 minutes.
  • Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Take off the burner and leave covered until ready to serve.
  • Garnish with fresh tomatoes and raw onions.
