- 1 Cup Olives
- 12 oz Chicken Stock
- 1 Pounds Chicken Breasts Chopped in Small Pieces
- 2 Red Peppers Sliced
- 1 Yellow Pepper Sliced
- 2 Cups Tomatoes chopped in 1 inch pieces
- 4 Cans Black Beans
- Garnish with diced fresh tomatoes diced sweet onions raw or scallions.
Place all the ingredients in a large pot on high until boiling.
Lower the heat after it boils for 5 minutes.
Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Take off the burner and leave covered until ready to serve.
Garnish with fresh tomatoes and raw onions.
