  • 3 Cups Ice
  • 2 cup Coffee
  • 1 cup Coffeemate Salted Caramel Chocolate
  • 1/3 cup Caramel Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Sea Salt

Topping Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whipping Cream
  • 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • ½ tsp Caramel Extract
  • 1 tbsp Caramel Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt


  • In a stand mixer or a large bowl and hand mixer, add 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar, ½ tsp caramel extract, and 1 cup whipping cream. Whisk until the cream has stiff peaks. You can store any unused portion in an airtight container in the fridge for 10 hours.
  • Place Salted Caramel Ice-Blended Coffee Ingredients (3 Cups Ice, 1 cup Strong Coffee, 1 cup Chocolate Boutique Coffee-mate Salted Caramel Chocolate, ? cup Caramel Syrup, 1 tbsp Sea Salt) into a blender until all ice is broken down.
  • Fill the glasses ¾ of the way in the glass.
  • Top each glass with whipped cream, caramel sauce, and sea salt.
