  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp MCT Oil
  • 2 tbsp Bell Pepper small, diced


  • Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F. 
  • Lightly cook the bacon in the microwave with a paper towel covering for 30 seconds. 
  • In a mixing large bowl, whisk the egg, precooked bacon, bell peppers, MCT Oil, shredded cheese, heavy cream, and salt and pepper. 
  • Pour the egg mixture into a well seasoned cast iron skillet. 
  • Bake for 30 minutes in the oven.
