Ingredients

  • 1 Cup lettuce chopped
  • 1 Cup red cabbage chopped
  • 1 Chicken breast
  • ½ Cup carrot shredded
  • ½ Green apple sliced
  • 1 Tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce

Dressing

  • 4 Tbsp greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 Tsp sugar
  • ½ Tsp soy sauce
  • ½ Tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the chicken breast until golden brown.
  • Remove from the skillet and let it sit for 5 minutes before slicing it. Slic it thinly.
  • For the dressing, in a small bowl mix all the ingredients until well combined. Set aside.
  • Fill a bowl with a lettuce-red cabbage mix, and top it off with the green apple, carrot, and chicken breast.
  • Drizzle the dressing on top.
  • Serve and enjoy.
