- 3 cups cucumbers
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup mango
Firstly, wash all the fruits and vegetables before cutting them.
Then, remove the skin from the mango and dice it up to remove the pit.
Slice the cucumber, carrots, and tomato into rounds.
Next, add all the vegetables to a mixing bowl.
Then, add the oil and coat the veggies first.
Next, add the vinegar, as well as, the salt and pepper.
Finally, add cilantro leaves to the salad.
Serve cold.
