How to Dress Like Agent Carter
Agent Carter is my new favorite show because Peggy Carter is such an amazing character. She is a woman with amazing style and grace that does not need to be rescued. In fact, she does most of the rescuing! Peggy Carter is my kind of woman with my kind of style. Her red lipstick is always perfectly applied even when she is kicking butt!
Agent Carter is struggling with working in a man’s profession. Her coworkers look down on her because she is a woman, even though she is just as qualified (moreso in some cases) than the rest of them. I can totally relate to this. As most of my readers know I spent many years practicing law, a very male dominated profession. Now I am happy to be in a profession in which females can take charge like Miss Carter.
I wanted to celebrate my love of Agent Carter by being her for Halloween, but could not wait until October! So, here are a few outfits inspired by Agent Carter’s style.

I haven’t heard of this show yet, but I love the red hat. It elevates the outfit and I think you could go straight from work out to cocktails in any of those outfits-yay!
I loved watching that show! I hope they bring it back when Agents of Shield goes on break again. Seeing Peggy’s clothes and all the 40’s fashions was one of the best parts of the show!

there’s one thing I’d change with this, the lipstick you used is more money and less accurate than the actual lipstick Hayley Atwell wore on the show. The lipstick they used is Besame 1946 Red Velvet lipstick and it’s $22 on Besame’s website
