Summer is almost here and my bikini blues are starting to begin. I’m in a perpetual need to lose weight so when offered the option to try a meal plan with the goal of reducing body fat I jumped right on it. Summer is fast approaching, and while I doubt my ability to star in any Baywatch fan films I feel that sticking to a meal plan that will help me shape up will get me one step closer.
DeliverLean is a food delivery service that promises to: “liberate yourself from managing every detail of your diet with healthy portion-controlled gourmet meals delivered directly to your door from DeliverLean.”
The first step is selecting a meal plan. Deliver Lean offers five different meal plans: Traditional, Gluten-Free, Paleo, Organic, and HCG. Paleo meals are produced with limited salt and sugar, and are also gluten-free. HCG meals are designed to work with HCG diet plans. If you don’t know what HCG is, don’t worry, niether did I. However that DeliverLean is willing to create a plan to assist people on a specific diet shows their attention to detail. DeliverLean prepares your selected meals and then delivers the meals three times a week in a chilled delivery bag. Simply enjoy the meals and watch the results! According to DeliverLean, eating their meals as prescribed should increase your metabolism and in turn help reduce body fat. I would not complain if that happened to me.
