Macy’s Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month
I am a member of the Everywhere Society and was provided compensation for this post. As always, all opinions are my own.
In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, Macy’s and Vanidades put together an event at Macy’s Miami International in Miami, Florida where the first 200 customer got to get their pictures taken with Dora the Explorer’s friend Diego. I was lucky enough to attend the event and be a part of the festivities. Macy’s put together an amazing event with that was a huge hit.
There were so many fun things to do at the event. Besides getting your photo taken with Diego, the kids had 2 craft tables, a face painting station, and a clown making balloon animals. The crafts were administered by Abrkadoodle. Macy’s also set up a Dora and Goya bonus. If you spent $25 during the event, you received the Dora backpack, coloring book, and sunglasses. If you spend $50 during the event, you received the Goya Bag and the Dora goodie bag. There were even a Salsa Dancers for the adults to appreciate. Also, I loved the Vita CoCo stand for the adults and the kids.
I walked around the kids section and saw some of the cutest outfits. Cami has a ton of onesies, but she really needs some cute outfits for events. She just moved on to size 6 months even though she is just turning 3 months in a few days. I discovered Ralph Lauren Baby. The purple stripe button down and riding pants is the cutest thing that I have seen in a while.
