The time that I spent in an office seems like only yesterday, but now that I am thinking about it, it has been over 4 years since I was a full time lawyer. I have not put on a full business suit since then. When I saw this beautiful suit at Bloomingdales, I thought that it was time to get back into an office look.
I remember when I first started working. My mom bought me 2 suits one was brown with pants and a skirt option and the other was striped with a skirt and vest to match. This was probably around 2000. Eek! My first time interning in an office. Then, as I worked in more offices, I bought lots of black suits. Learning from mistakes, I would recommend buying suits in flattering colors like this one. Tahari suits are great investment for office fashion. The best part of the look is that you can mix it up with different shoes, sweaters, and different skirts.
