This week I am trying the Sheer Blonde® Go Blonder In-Shower Lightening Treatment along with the Sheer Blonde® Go Blonder Lightening Shampoo and Conditioner. I can tell you that I was a little scared to try to lighten my hair on my own, but after reading some reviews and the list of ingredients, I thought I would give it a try. After all, you can go up to 2 shades lighter when using the Go Blonder system of shampoo, conditioner, and lightening treatment.

The Sheer Blonde® Go Blonder Lightening Shampoo and Conditioner are not new, but they are pretty awesome. They smell amazing like lemon and oranges. It is a very nice refreshing smell that lingers in a very pleasant way. I noticed that the shampoo was a little drying, but I like that because my hair is sooo oily. This makes my hair more manageable and able to skip more washes.

The new Sheer Blonde® Go Blonder In-Shower Lightening Treatment is meant to be used in the shower where it instantly softens dark roots and boosts your blonde by 1 shade. Can I get a WOO HOO!? I pushed my root appointment back 2 weeks after using this lightening treatment. This can work on all hair colors based on the instructions. I have naturally have dark brown hair so my roots come in dark.
I started at my root trying out to see if the Sheer Blonde® Go Blonder In-Shower Lightening Treatment would lighten the roots and cover my gray hair. It lightened and covered my gray (even though it says it won’t). Then, I tried it on all of my hair and noticed that my hair appeared brighter in general. My hair was still dynamic and showed my original salon balayage painted highlights that my hair dresser spent hours working on. That made my day!!!
