My husband and I had an amazing date night this week. We walked around the local mall (Boca Town Center) for a bit and took these amazing photos outside before it got dark. Then we went to movies to see the new Marvel movie. I love these new theaters that have recliners and serve you while you watch the movie. That gave us time to hang out and talk while we walked around the mall rather than just going to dinner. It was to have a change of pace that was not the typical dinner and a movie. But, honestly, these days any date is nice. Our munchkin is nearly 2, and we have only had a handful of dates alone since she was born. You put yourself second when you have a child.
My husband loved the outfit that I picked up from Macy’s. The top is a muted neon yellow with a v-neck from Vince Camuto. He loves cleavage, but I prefer modesty. This top is a compromise, so I am not showing off too much. The skirt was an amazing find because it is not a skirt, it’s shorts with a skirt layered over top. Talk about comfort! It’s Michael Kors, and I found it on sale at Macy’s!! Such luck! I am considering returning to get the red one! These are my two favorite colors – yellow and blue and they are giving me amazing confidence for our date night.
