If you have been paying attention to my social media, you may have noticed that I have been spending a ton of time getting my backyard together so that I can host parties this spring and summer. I started my season with a party where I made a few awesome recipes!
I started the party with Mango Salsa and chips and JACK’S® Pepperoni Original Pizza that you can make on the grill. It’s awesome because I just gave it to my husband to make on the grill while I worked in the kitchen on the other recipes.
While the guests were eating the pizza, I made a rack of lamb with NESCAFÉ® CLÁSICO™ rub and homemade dressing with MAGGI® Bouillon.
Ingredients NESCAFÉ® CLÁSICO™ Rub
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp NESCAFÉ® CLÁSICO™
1 tbsp unsweetened coco powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 rack of lamb
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp canola or veg oil
2 cloves garlic smashed and halved
4 springs of thyme
NESCAFÉ® CLÁSICO™ Rub Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
Mix cumin, cocoa powder, Nescafé Clasico, and pepper into a small bowl.
Rub lamb bones without meat with 1 tablespoon canola or veg oil, then wrap each bone in foil. Make sure to cover the bones completely, but leave the meat uncovered. Sprinkle both sides of uncovered lamb with the kosher salt, and then rub with Nescafé spice mixture.
In sauté pan over high heat, heat 2 tablespoons canola/veg oil until hot. Sear rack, meat side down. Make sure to move occasionally to prevent sticking and until deep golden brown and crust forms (about 2 minutes). Flip to sear underside for about 2 minutes,
Put ribs meat side up, and then transfer pan to oven and roast 7 minutes with Unsalted butter, mashed garlic, and thyme to the pan. Tilt pan to collect juices and spoon those over meat. Transfer lamb to rack with pan or plate underneath to catch juices and let rest 10 to 15 minutes.

Tablescape/Party Details
As part of the party, I did a simple tablescape with red gingham cloth napkins and sunflowers. This is a simple All-American table that is no fuss no muss. We used glass instead of plastic outside because there were no children, normally, I only use plastic on the patio, but I felt like I could trust these guests. You have to know your audience.
The food looks delicious!! Thanks #client
