Wow! I am extremely impressed by the yogurt flavors from Liberte’. Not only is the brand USDA organic, but their yogurts are delicious and go beyond the typical vanilla and strawberry that you see most yogurt brand selling. I want to tell you guys about these exciting yogurt flavors and how much I love the variety! I love an interesting flavor palate, and Liberte’s selection fits the bill!
Californian Pomegranate
Pomegranate is one of those superfoods that I love! They have anti-oxidant, anti-viral and anti-tumor properties and are said to be an excellent source of vitamins, especially vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin E, as well as folic acid.
Lemon
This is such an interesting choice of flavor. I would never have considered it. Lemon has tons of health benefits. They are loaded with vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin A, vitamin E, folate, niacin thiamin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, copper, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc, phosphorus, and protein.
Nicaraguan Coffee Bean
Coffee in yogurt is nothing new for my family. My mom lives off coffee yogurt and did you know that coffee is said to have health benefits as well? It is said to lower your risk for some diseases like diabetes and liver disease.
Sweet Cream
Sweet cream is nothing fancy but is delicious. It is a lightly sweetened version of the yogurt with cane sugar. Nothing artificial in this cup! The Liberte’ yogurt is filled with protein, and the active ingredients help with digestion.
Washington Black Cherry
Black cherries are pretty much the bomb for kids. They help fight tooth decay and promote sleep. This is my new favorite yogurt for my daughter.
Philippine Coconut
This is my favorite. I love coconut bits, and this is a very creamy yogurt. Besides being yummy, Coconuts have tons of health benefits! They support immune system health by being anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-parasite. Coconuts improve digestion and absorption of nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. Also, they help protect the body from cancers due to insulin reduction, removal of free radicals that cause premature aging and degenerative disease! So many good things come from eating coconuts!
Ecuadorian Mango
Liberte’ said they hunted for the best mangos in the world and found them in Ecuador. I am not so sure about that because we have some yummy ones here in Florida. They have a longer mango season because of the climate because our come and go pretty quickly, but my mango season is over sadly, but the cool part is that I can be reminded of it with this yogurt.
French Lavender
I love that they have a Lavender flavor. Who doesn’t like lavender? It feels like you are transported to a relaxation spa. Lavender has calming properties that help you sleep better and reduce stress and bloating. Love the idea of putting this in a yogurt!
Indonesian Vanilla Bean
Have you noticed a pattern with these names? Liberte’ is focusing on openness showing where they get their ingredients from and that they are using real ingredients rather than artificial flavors.
Baja Strawberry
The strawberries in this yogurt come from Baja. When you open the top of the yogurt, you get a little fun fan, so you get to learn with your yogurt.
I am impressed with these yogurts and happy to say that I am feeding them to my daughter every day. Liberte’s milk partner is Organic Valley which is my milk of choice for my daughter. I buy grass fed 2% for her and now I am happy to say that her yogurt is just as good as her milk.
