My husband and I have been looking for a way to make our homegating experience better. I stubbled upon this recipe when I was trying to make a Mac & Cheese veggie substitute for my daughter. The cheese came out so yummy that I started dipping everything in it. It goes great with Alexia Spicy Sweet Potato Fries and Smart Classic Crinkle Cut fries.
Ingredients
3 tablespoon(s) butter
3 tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour
4 cup(s) milk, warm
2 cup(s) grated aged Parmesan/ Asiago
2 cup(s) grated Cheddar/Monterey Jack mix
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
2 teaspoon(s) fresh black pepper
2 tablespoon(s) thyme
1 pound pork spiced pork sausage
Alexia Spicy Sweet Potato Fries
Smart Classic Crinkle Cut fries
I found great deals on all these products at Walmart today. You can find the Alexia Spicy Sweet Potato Fries and Smart Classic Crinkle Cut fries in the frozen food isle. The fries are 98% fat free and 100 calories per serving. Made extra crunchy thanks to the crispy ridges, these classic potatoes are roasted with sea salt to deliver that perfect bite. Time to forget about feeling guilty and enjoy the flavor!
Instructions
Cook the spiced pork sausage in a skillet with olive oil to grease the pan.
Cut up the sausage into small pieces and set aside.
Whisk the butter and flour in a medium-size pot over medium-high heat until foamy. Add the milk. Whisk until thickened and bubbling, about 3 minutes. Remove from the heat.
Whisk in the cheeses, salt, pepper, and thyme. Stir in the sausage and serve hot in little solo cups next to baskets of french fries and sweet potato fries.

I love anything cheesy! So these fries and rings dipped in the sausage cheep dip would be so delicious! #client
Oh my goodness, this sounds so decadent! I think this would also be good on a baked potato.
