Do you know when to take a break?! I sure don’t! It is something that I am striving to do so that I can enjoy the benefits of my career choice. When you own your own business, you get tons of envy for shirking the 9 to 5 desk job lifestyle. What most people don’t realize is that you spend a whole lot more time working than you would when you are working for someone else.

For example, I just got off a flight and trip where I worked the whole time. Now, I am heading home in an Uber and I’m still working – by writing this. Being your own boss, means almost always being on the clock! I am getting tired from the grind and have been working to schedule some time to take a break and relax. This means hiring people to help me run the business so that I don’t have to always be there. Even with the help of workers, I forget to take a break! I decide to make a daily reminder to take breaks with this cute cup.

How to Make a Take a Break Glass

Tools & Supplies:

• Vinyl
• Cricut Cutting Machine
• Cricut Tools
• Transfer Paper

Instructions

1.Start by choosing a font and making a Take a Break printable on Cricut.

2.Print onto Vinyl using the vinyl settings on Cricut

3.Cut a square around the take a break printout.

4.Remove the background from the take a break printout using Cricut Tools.

5.Cut transfer paper to the same size.

6.Place the face of the logo onto transfer paper making sure to rub the letter so they adhere to the transfer paper.

7.Remove the backing from the vinyl.

8.Place the words with the transfer paper onto a clean dry glass.

9. Peel back the transfer paper to make a take a break glass.
