Missoni is coming to Target this Tuesday (9-13-2011) for a limited time. I have been looking for a Missoni item to add to my closet for months and I almost bought a Missoni towel from Gilt a few weeks ago. But, once I heard that Missoni was making a line for Target, I stopped looking and started impatiently waiting for the release. As always, Target is on the cutting edge of designer collaborations. They put the Missoni zig-zags on everything! You can redo your entire life in Missoni. Have a Missoni dinner party, redecorate your living room and bedroom with the Missoni zig-zags, restyle your office with Missoni, and completely update your fall and summer wardrobe. Missoni and Target have left no item un-Missoni-ed. Now, I just have to decide what not to buy.
Missoni for Target was such an exciting collaboration! I love how it brought Missoni’s instantly recognizable patterns and colorful aesthetic to a much wider audience. The collection had so many fun, eye-catching pieces that made everyday style feel a little more luxurious and playful. Such a fun fashion moment to look back on!
