Active Retro Glam Makeup Looks

I am loving the Retro Glam makeup look that I have been noticing on celebs and on the runways lately. Since I am constantly dealing with the humidity in Florida and the weather is getting warmer by the day, I was looking for a way to create a retro glam look that will stay put. I was able to create an Active Retro Glam Makeup Look with the help of Waterproof RIMMEL Scandaleyes Retro Glam Mascara, RIMMEL Stay Matte Foundation, and Waterproof RIMMEL Scandaleyes Thick & Thin Eyeliner.

First, I started by applying the Drugstore foundation RIMMEL Stay Matte Foundation in Ivory all over my face and eyelids with my fingers. I used the RIMMEL Stay Matte Powder in Ivory (last worn here) to set my face makeup. The Foundation is lightweight and has mousse texture leaving my skin shineless without looking cakey.

Next, I applied the Waterproof RIMMEL Scandaleyes Thick & Thin Eyeliner starting in the middle of my eyelid trying to stay as close to the lash line as possible using tiny strokes. This allows you to get the most control over how the line will look. I drew a line past my eye with the thick part of the eyeliner to create a retro glam wing. Once I finished the wing, I turned the eyeliner so that it was on the tin edge so that I could slowly line the inner part of my eye. I went over the line again to make it stand out.

To get the full Active Retro Glam Makeup Look, finish off the Active Retro Glam Makeup Look with Drugstore mascara, Waterproof RIMMEL Scandaleyes Retro Glam Mascara. The mascara delivers a bold, wide-eyed false lash look with the hourglass shaped brush shaped to the lash line fans lashes up, out and over the top!

You can make the Active Retro Glam Makeup Look different every time by alternating between different bold lips. Try orange, hot pink, and classic red. Make sure to get lip liner to match your bold lipstick.
