This strawberry banana split pudding is one of my most favorite things! It’s super flavorful and delicious, and it’s also really easy to make but looks like a million bucks.

The reason why this it’s so delicious is because it has 3 layers of pudding, one packed with chocolate flavor, another one packed with a vanilla punch and the final one with a ton of strawberries.

So not only it has a ton of different flavors but it also looks really beautiful layered into glasses.

While you can whip up every flavor on its own, I prefer to go with the easy route! So I start with a pudding base, and once it’s completely cooked and creamy and velvety, I just divide it into 3 bowls and add the rest of the ingredients to each bowl.

So in this case, I would add the cocoa powder to one bowl, the strawberry jam to the other and the vanilla extract to the last one.

And then it’s just a matter of scooping the pudding into the glasses and then topping them with some banana and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.

I find that especially the little ones love to lend their hands and help to fill the glasses, so this could also be a great afternoon activity with the little ones.

After your Banana Split Pudding is done is just a matter of placing the glasses into the fridge for a couple of hours or until they set.

I usually make a big batch on the weekends to have enough pudding for the whole week, and since they already come in individual servings there’s no need to have extra portion control 😉

And the fact that it comes in individual servings also makes it great for parties and gatherings, trust me friend when I say everyone will ask for the recipe!
