BA Star sent me the Natural Eye Shadow Palette with Gel Glitters and the Glue. Eye Shadow & Glitter Base to review. BA Star eye makeup is creamy, but not so creamy that it slides off with humidity or when you sweat. It has a staying power that I have not seen from other cream shadows. The pigment is also awesome. I’ve bought creamy shadows that slipped off quickly and had no pigment. This was a nice change!

This year I attended the 7th annual Glam-A-THON™ Lipstick Lounge. It was an amazing party for an great cause, fighting breast cancer! Glam-A-THON™ proved to me that without a doubt, you can do good things and have a blast doing them. I ate an crazy amount of sweets, got my makeup done, and added an awesome pink streak to my hair. There is no way that I am missing this event next year! I took some pics of the awesome attendees that just were oozing fabulousness!

I have not been to the beach in quite some time since we bought a house with a pool, but that does not mean I should stop looking beach chic this summer! Beach hair waves are so fabulous and I wish I had the energy to do it myself everyday! I have natural waves in my hair, but it’s just not the same as getting your hair done. I love the new era of hair salons where you can go into a salon and completely avoid the hair dye smell and just get a great look for a night out or photo shoot. I really love how the all the products smell fresh and have so many natural ingredients. During pregnancy, I am extra sensitive to ingredient and smells. All the products had an amazing aroma that relaxed me.
Maria is wearing a tone of spring trends in this outfit. My favorite trend is eyelet. Luckily, the Spring 2013 runways were filled with eyelets. Heavy hitters like Valentino, Giambattista Valli, Bottega Veneta, Stella McCartney, and Victoria Beckham all showed the delicate white eyelet fabric in modern ways. I have been a huge fan of eyelet since I had eyelet pillows on my childhood bed. My mother always said that eyelet reminded her of her mother. I was young when she died so there are very few things that remind me of her. Eyelet is one of them.
